Questions
When do I have to order for Christmas?
A finished piece by 5 December: in the Christmas season it is made in 2 weeks and travels by insured courier. A loose stone by 5 December. A gift card any time; it arrives by email the moment it is paid for.
What if the piece is not right?
A piece ordered between 15 November and 24 December may be sent back until 15 January, however long it waited under the tree, for store credit worth the full price paid. The return travels insured on a label we send.
Does every piece come with a report?
Every loose stone carries its own report from an independent laboratory. A finished piece from 0.30 carat total carries a jewellery report for the piece as a whole. Under 0.30 carat a piece is not certified, and its page says so.
Can I give the choice instead?
A gift card is delivered by email, used at checkout or with the concierge, and never expires. From 6 December it is the one gift that is certain to arrive in time.
