The report in the box is the laboratory's own, and the lid is printed with the stone's numbers. Check any of it at the lab that issued it.
Independently graded
Each loose diamond arrives with its own report from an independent laboratory, and each finished piece with a jewellery report, never graded in-house. The grade is never ours to give.
We stand behind what we make
A stone must be the stone on its report, checked within 7 days of delivery. A making fault is put right for 24 months.
