Service, once a year.

Diamonds are the hardest thing you will own, and still they ask for care. Every piece bought from the house can come back to us once a year for cleaning and inspection, without charge. Write to us, we arrange the insured courier both ways, and the piece comes home clean, checked and photographed.

  Between visits. Store your piece alone, in its pouch or in its box. Remove it before water, sport and sleep. Nothing else is needed.

  What we check. Every setting, every prong, the clasp and the chain. A stone that has loosened is tightened. A making fault found at service is put right under the guarantee, which runs for 24 months from delivery.

  The report. Keep the laboratory report with the piece. It is the laboratory's own, and any of them can be checked at the lab that issued it. If you send the piece for service, keep the report at home; we do not need it.

  How to send it. Write to concierge@dagarias.com with your order number. We send a prepaid, insured label and the packing instructions. Do not book a courier yourself.
